1. What SteadyArc is

SteadyArc is a motion-based training and analysis tool for dry-fire and sport shooting. It measures the motion of your hold and trigger press and gives you scores, drills, and coaching. It is a practice aid, not a coaching authority on technique and not a safety device.

2. Firearm safety

SteadyArc does not make any firearm safe to handle. You are solely responsible for safe firearm handling at all times and for following all applicable laws and range rules. Always treat every firearm as loaded, keep it pointed in a safe direction, keep your finger off the trigger until ready, and confirm your firearm is unloaded before any dry-fire practice.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.

4. Subscriptions, packs, and billing

Pro is offered as a subscription with a free trial; exercise packs are available as one-time purchases. Web billing is handled by our payment processor; mobile purchases are handled by the app store. Prices, trials, and plan contents may change. You can cancel a subscription from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.

5. Hardware waitlist

Joining the sensor waitlist is free and is not a purchase, pre-order, or reservation. It places no obligation on you or us, and no ship date is promised.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it in violation of law. The content, scoring, and drill designs are ours; don't copy or redistribute them.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. Scores and coaching are informational and may be imperfect. To the extent permitted by law, SteadyArc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
